wpDiscuz allows you to customize comment form layout and fields. Once wpDiscuz is installed you can find the Default Comment Form in Dashboard > Comments > Forms admin page. By default this form is enabled for Posts and Pages.

Click on Default Form link or on Edit link to begin configuration. The comment form editing screen consists of the Comment Form Settings area (above) and Comment Form Builder section (below).
