Hi,

We noticed that in the settings it seems to be possible to disable images that were attached to comments from being shown in the media library. But when upon attempting to use that feature the images still showed up in the media library? Is there something we can do about that so we don't have to deal with the clutter of images uploaded by students?

We've also enabled images to be compressed upon upload but this doesn't seem to be happening either. The images take up quite a lot of space on our server. How do we make sure the images are actually compressed to minimalize the toll it takes on our website?

@devideomakers,

I'm really sorry, but there isn't any option. The images that're being attached in comments are always added to the media library.

Hi Asti,

Ok thank you. But why is there a setting that you can hide the images from the media library? Will this be possible in the future? Same goed for compression the images.

Both are really important features for us.

Thanks in advance!
