[Solved] Alert insert comment

You should enable the 'Email me whenever > Anyone posts a comment' option. It's located in the Dashboard > Settings > Discussions tab.

also I wanted to know how can I delete a comment that is not liked.

All comments can be found and deleted in the Dashboard > Comments admin page. 

I may also suggest you check out the wpDiscuz – Frontend Moderation addon. This addon allows you to approve new comments, unapprove automatically approved bad comments, put those in spam, send an email to the comment author, move a certain comment to another post, add the comment author to the blacklist and trash or permanently delete.
