Dear all

what a great plugin - thanks for offering this for free, which is really really cool!

I'd love to use the new Bubble functionality and have enabled it - however it is not shown on our page (e.g. on https://www.backenmachtgluecklich.de/rezepte/oreo-torte-ohne-backen.html

Any idea what I could have done wrong?

thanks a lot!

Thank you Asti. I did that and it didn't change anything.

Hi Asti,

it would be great if you could help me activating the comment bubble - as said, clearing caches did not change the situation.

thanks for your help

@wiwimaster,

You've added a CSS code that hides the Bubble. The CSS code was added in the "Custom CSS code" textarea, located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Styles & Colors admin page. We've removed that code and it works fine.

It was the following one:

div#wpd-bubble-wrapper {
display: none;
}
