Does the follow only work for users logged in via WordPress directly or is it somehow supported via the social network logins as well ?

@adamtheforumuser,
This depends on the social network. For example in the case of Gmail, it'll work in this way. However there are some social networks that don't have the email field, thus this will not work.

@adamtheforumuser,
In both cases, the emails are not being accessible for the wpDiscuz plugin.

Ah ok all clear. And does the plugin realise that if a user is logged in via facebook that it shouldn't therefor show the follow icon? Or does it still appear to such a user?

@adamtheforumuser,
Currently, it appears for these users. However, we'll change the logic and make those not visible in this case.
