As requested, were your developers able to recreate the issue I reportedd above? Please confirm with your developers.

Our team is 100% convinced there's an issue with you plugin (V7.6.46 and V7.6.47) when the "View Comments" setting is enabled. I explained everthing above. Our testing was extremely thorough.

When will you update? This is a big problem for my site. 

Update:

I solved (temporarily) our issues with the filter provided below. 

The code snippet solved both our caching plugin conflict and commenting (i.e., "View Comments" button) issues.

Note:

The issues started with wpDiscuz 7.6.46 and have not yet been permanently fixed by wpDiscuz. Meaning, wpDiscuz 7.6.48 (latest version as of today) still causes the issues. 

Filter:

add_filter('wpdiscuz_is_update_nonce_with_ajax', '__return_true');
