We are having troubles with posting comments as Post Author.
Post types are custom post type.
Could you advice us how to make this work ?

@asti hi there. We have a custom post type - we left a comment with one user and as we try to reply as Post Author we are getting the "Join conversation" but can not post, or reply to comments.

Go to the page you have that problem, press F12 and navigate to Console tab. There you can find all errors and find the JS file that generates it. The JS file path says it's come from plugin or from theme.
