@asti hi there. We have a custom post type - we left a comment with one user and as we try to reply as Post Author we are getting the "Join conversation" but can not post, or reply to comments.

@asti unfortunately is not yet live. Is there any other way to fix this ? Some missed configuration ? We can you zoom or some sharing screen app ...
Go to the page you have that problem, press F12 and navigate to Console tab. There you can find all errors and find the JS file that generates it. The JS file path says it's come from plugin or from theme.
If you have some cache/minify/optimizer plugins installed, please deactivate the plugins and check again.
