I had to disable wpdiscuz to get comments to work

Logged in users and none logged in users could not post any comments (even myself as admin)

A red bar appears saying that reCaptcha was already rendered

I found the problem

All In One WP Security plugin

 

I deactivated all the security features of the plug in:

"If you think that some plugin functionality on your site is broken due to a security feature you enabled in this plugin, then use the following option to turn off all the security features of this plugin."

And now comments work again
