Hi, after a conflict between the plugin and Wordpress, I had to deactivate the plugin. After activation however, the plugin is not working as it should. The comment box disappeared, the selection tools are not working in the frontend anymore. How can I solve this?

What I did so far:

Deleted and reinstalled the plugin.

Deleted all cache including CDN

Deleted the meta tables wp-discuz_ from the database

Nothing seems to work after that.

Is there a way to absolutely install a clean install without any traces of the former installation, or is there another potential conflict?

@henny8,

You have a lot of js errors on your website.  Those errors come either from the active theme or other plugins. You should deactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker.

Hi Asti,

I found the problem. It is caused by the plugin HTTP headers. Can you check the settings which are attached, which one is preventing the correct displaying of Discuz?

When I disable the plugin Discuz is working as it should.

HTTP settings 2021 02 20 om 16.09.37

@henny8,

We're really sorry, but we're not familiar with this plugin and can't help you with this. Probably you can contact the HTTP headers plugin support with this problem.
