I am testing the WPDiscuz Shortcode in a Post and displaying that post using the "Display Post plugin", it works! Kind of.

Issues:

1. Weird bug: User cannot submit posts unless comments are enabled for the page that the post is displayed on (not just the post).

2. Expected: When the page has comments enabled, WPdiscuz is displayed on the page in addition to the post (this is expected). Although I want a way to hide this.

3. Biggest issue (conflict): When adding a comment to the posts form it will appear in the shortcode form until the page is refreshed, but will actually be submitted to the pages form instead. After refreshing the page the comment will disappear from the posts form and appear on the pages form.

This may seem silly, but I am trying to embed posts on a page that users can interact with without the user visiting the single post page.

Thanks in advance!

I've solved most of these problems...

Now the issue is trying reinitialize WPdicuz's Quill Editor more than once for multiple posts or if that's not possible move one instance of the quill editor to another post by clicking a show comments button.

It only seems to want to attach to a single comment section on page load.

If anyone can help me figure out how to retrigger the quill editor that would be amazing!

@cedmunds

We're really sorry, but you cannot use wpDiscuz in this way. wpDiscuz is linked to the global post ID. In your case, the content is a page, not a post, and it is being loaded through a plugin.
