Please navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > General Settings admin page and make sure "Use Plugin .PO/.MO Files" option is disabled.

So, maybe second question I've been struggling with for a week :). How to translate Toolbar Buttons - Bold, Italic e.t.c. I'm trying by LocoTranslate, but can't find this expression there.
Please click on the "Sync" button, then save it. And try to find and translate the phrases again.
