When one comments it correctly takes time and displays comment in comment section. But then in the same instance when same person to the same post posts another comment in the backend it actually gets recived but in front end its not shown. I dont have cache enabled.. should i enable it?

It appears that the wpdiscuz-ajax.php file is being blocked on your website. This may be caused by another plugin, your theme, or a server-side security configuration.
Please try deactivating the plugins and theme one by one, checking the issue after each deactivation. If the issue persists with all plugins and the theme disabled, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check whether the wpdiscuz-ajax.php file is being blocked on the server side.
As an alternative solution, please go to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > General Settings and enable the Use WordPress native AJAX functions option.
After enabling the option, please clear all types of caches (CDN, website, wpDiscuz, and browser) and check the issue again.
