Hello, when a non member try to answer to a comment, the message "This comment is not acceptable." is showing.

The problem does not occur:

when commenting directly;
when answering as admin.

If I try a Crtl+F5 and try to republish, I have a warning saying it’s a double comment. But there is no trace of the comment in admin.

I made some tests deactivating La Sentinelle AntiSpam and NinjaFirewall without effect.

Hi,

when a non member try to answer to a comment, the message "This comment is not acceptable." is showing.

We've tried posting comments using different email addresses and IP addresses, and not all comments are being marked as spam.

Could you please provide us with more detailed information about the issue? If possible, please record a short video or provide screenshots showing the issue and the steps that lead to it. This will help us better understand what is happening and investigate the issue properly.

The problem occurs only if you reply to a comment. It seems you posted only "root" comment. Try to answer to a comment (I published yours) and tell me.
