After click the Add attachment button, i select an .jpg but nothing happens.
In js console i got "/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 403 (Forbidden)"

Please make sure all wpDiscuz addons are disabled.
Then delete all caches and delete website optimizer/minifier plugin caches.
Then disable security plugins for testing purpose. As far as i see your website security plugins doesn't allow using WordPress ajax system. This is very bad.
I disabled all Plugins, only wpDiscuz active.
Have no minifier, no cache.
File permissions are correct.
Server did not block.
Any other idea?
No error in logfile.
I can call GET /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?... with some params and export some Settings from an other plugin, so access of admin-ajax.php is possible.

Problem was http in home url instead of https. 🤪
