Hi, On focus mode in Learn dash, i got 2 areas of comment, WP and Discuz...

- even if i switch theme i got same issue
- I use normal Learn dash template

- Settings are ok on form
- Page template of Learn dash only got an option to authorize comments or not
perhaps need to add that but where to add it?

Could you please deactivate the wpDiscuz and see if there are two comment forms or not.
If i desactivate WP discuz, got only WP comments

The attach file button is only available for the post, page, attachments post types. For custom post types the button is not visible.
For custom post types you should use the wpDiscuz Media Uploader addon. More info here: https://gvectors.com/product/wpdiscuz-media-uploader/
