I installed the comments plugin.  It looks very different on the page than how it looks when setting it up in Elementor.  The final doesn't have the title or a way to follow comments. 

This is how it looks in Elementor setup

@asti DO you see the two photos I posted?  The top one is what the block looks when I create it in Elementor.  The second image is when I look at it once it's published.  The "send a comment" title disappears as well as the "notify me of new posts" checkbox.

@phl,

The first comment box doesn't belong to the wpDiscuz plugin. It is the default theme comment form.  It seems in the Elementor preview section doesn't show the wpDiscuz comment form, but the native one.
