I have a membership site with users already registered as subscriber.
Is it possible to have them subscribe to wpdiscuz comments WITHOUT getting a confirmation from them.
I mean is it possible to subscribe them to comments automatically when they make a comment?

Is it possible to have them subscribe to wpdiscuz comments WITHOUT getting a confirmation from them.

Please navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Subscription and User Following admin page, disable the "subscription confirmation for registered users" option.

On the same tab, please also check out the "Enable subscription confirmation for guests" option.

I mean is it possible to subscribe them to comments automatically when they make a comment?

Please note: the auto-subscription feature doesn’t comply GDPR and they are not manageable.

I'd suggest you check out the "Keep checked the "Notify of new replies to this comment" option by default" option.
