Thanks for this WONDERFUL plugin.
I installed it on several sites and it seems to have no issues, except for an issue I have with an installation on only one of my websites (the same issue does NOT exist on my other websites although I am using the same settings):
In settings, I set the "Subscription types in Subscription Bar drop-down" to "both".
In the front end, users can see both options (after clicking the little arrow icon at the right) but the items are NOT SELECTABLE, meaning no matter how many times you will click the menu items with the mouse (or select them with the arrow keys using the keyboard) they will not be selected.
I tried with several browsers, both as a logged-in user as well as a guest, nothing work.
