Hello,

I have recaptcha2 enabled with my api key and site key set up correctly. I use recaptcha on Elementor forms and it works properly.

Please see the attached screen shot. As you can see, after I click submit, above the "Submit Your Question" button there is just a red asterisk but I cannot see the captcha form.

Anyone have any ideas?

Looks like it is working now. Sorry and Thanks!

I have one more related question on the form. I tried to make a custom HTML field, but the data that is input into that field is not saved. Is there any way to make sure the data from a field like that is saved?

Could you please try to explain using some screenshots?

We don't see the ReCAPTCHA field at all. Please watch this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/KpleRye5

Hi Asti - Thanks. I had to disable it, but I enabled it back now. Please check the page. I can not see it.

Please let us know on which device you've seen the issue.

We've checked it again and it works fine: https://www.screencast.com/t/YmK9BuymC

I am on Google Chrome on a MacBook Air. It is strange... it comes and goes when I refresh the page. Here is a screen shot from right now. I see the red * again. Can you keep trying to refresh and go incognito, etc?

@michael-2,

We've checked several times and again don't see the issue: https://www.screencast.com/t/KQKXy3vwtqu

Do you have a cache plugin installed on your website? If yes, please deactivate it and check again.
