This is not wpDiscuz plugin error, this is the Disqus plugin error. These are totally different comment plugins. Now you're in the wpDiscuz comment plugin support forum. The Disqus plugin support page is this: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/disqus-comment-system/

It seems you've used Disqus plugin and now it's disabled. Or it maybe other plugin. In any case you have some hook code in the current theme functions.php file which was working with this plugin and now it can't find it.
