Is it possible to activate the title in the comments in addition to the description? It would be a significant improvement for users and for SEO what do you think?

As far as I understand you'd need to add the "Leave a Reply" Comment Header. If so the FQ above will be helpful for you.

@asti You should enter the title as a header, and then the description, in other plugins [comments] this option to insert the title in addition to the description also exists.
