Hi, I have nailed down an issue (a little bit)

When I am having another plugin activated (WP User Frontend) my commenters are unable to upload 1 image when they comment via WP Discuz.

When I disable WP User Frontend your comment image upload functionality works like a charm.

Not sure where it comes from in the code but I am happy to help you with testing to get this solved.
