I have a strange issue: the "cancel confirmation" and "unsubscribe" icons of the user subscription management page are missing. This is for a "subscriber" user that should only be able to manage subscriptions and profile.

The font awesome CSS is being loaded and icons display correctly in my admin backend where I can see all subscriptions. Any idea how this can be fixed? Thanks a lot!
