As I've already mentioned there is no such an issue on our test websites. This is something specific in your case. Could you please create a dev/staging copy of your website in some sub-domain. Remove all information that you don't want to share, make sure the problem exists and send admin details to us? You can use Duplicator to create that site.

Currently, the issue is solved by our developers. However, this is a temporary solution. The issue is caused by either one of the active plugins or the hosting settings. We cannot deactivate the plugins on your live site, thus we recommend you to contact the hosting support and ask them if there is any limitation on the length of the URL. Currently, if the URL is long somehow it is being redirected to the 404 page.

So This 404 redirection is either by the hosting settings or by other plugins. You should find the problem maker.
