I am using wpdiscuz plugin, along with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. After few hours of setting the cache plugin, the appearance of the comment section is completely changed, even after disabling the cache plugin, it is not solved. So, I am sure whether it is from the cache plugin, or from any other plugin. I tried many setting, but none is working. I am attaching a screenshot and a link here. Please help me...

Please navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page, edit the Default form and just click on the "Update" button.
