I changed the wording to the email template phrases, but when a comment is left, the notification email is still sending the default format. I don't have a cache plugin running. And I cleared the cache in wpDiscuz.

Ok. I found the problem. There are two areas in the plugin where this can be changed. I changed it in Phrases > Email. But, when I went to Settings > Subscription and User Following it's in there too. That is where you have to change it. Not sure why the areas don't automatically update each other.
