Is it possible to see if a comment has been changed? Also, where can i find the option to change the minutes after a comment cannot be edited anymore?

Sure, the option called "Display comment editing Information". It's located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Comment Moderation admin page. 

 Also, where can i find the option to change the minutes after a comment cannot be edited anymore?
