We've just checked your website. One of the active plugins or theme has the following working logic. It always gets the global post id (in your case the post ID is 3580), so this cause the issue.
This is not a wpDiscuz plugin for sure. you'd need to find the problem maker by deactivating the plugins/theme one by one and checking after each deactivation.
Keep cache plugin deactivated during this process. Once you find the problem maker, contact the plugin/theme support forum and ask them to solve the issue.

The comments are correctly being displayed under each post, so the count is saved correctly in the database. As far as wpDiscuz gets the global post id for displaying the count it gets the wrong count. Issue explanation:
