Hello,

I have a multilingual website (english + french), thus I use the .po files to translate, I wanted to updates them to change a couple of words, but the updates are not showing on my website.

When I run a Wordpress scan, it says that the checksum of both my .po and .mo FR files do not match.

I have changed them with new files, nothing works, I am at lost of answers, does anyone had a similar situation?

Hi,

For a complete translation of wpDiscuz, we recommend using the Loco Translate plugin, which translates based on PO/MO files. To begin, navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > General Tab and enable the "Use Plugin .PO/.MO Files" option. Then, install the Loco Translate plugin.

Hello, thank you for the reply. However, even with the plugin Loco Translate, nothing changes, and the Wordpress scan still says that the checksum of both my .po and .mo FR files do not match.

The Loco Translate plugin has a 'Sync' button that allows you to sync old and new .po files. After clicking the button, wait for the process to finish, then find and translate or modify the phrases as you like.
