You should change the positions of the following sections:
<a href="{REPLY_TO_HREF}">
{REPLY_TO_USER_NAME}
</a>
and
{REPLY_TO_TEXT}
If it's necessary, you should also change the {REPLY_TO_ICON} part.
Just make sure the changes are made in the file of the correct layout.
