cant submit comment to the article that already been commented,it will trigger search when i try to use reply button to reply comment,please help

adding new comment is ok,but when u click reply to somebody comment its trigger search,try hit reply and comment

@asti will do,i will contact the developer of my themes,the search is from premium theme that i bought.
