We've created again a new post and don't see such an issue. Could you please let us know how you're creating a post?

Here is a testing page we've created. If you create a testing page with the issue, please don't remove it until the developers finish checking.

Look. If you create a post as a user with administrator rights, then everything is fine. But if the user who created the post has the role of "author", then a problem appears.

One of the active plugins or some custom code (probably added by you) prints the following message in the header. It causes the issue. 

Please see the screenshot below: 

Please comment out the custom codes and check again. If the custom code doesn't cause the issue, please deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker. Please keep the cache plugin deactivated during this testing process.
