Steps to reproduce:
1 - click on the Bubble '+'
2 - Close the information-box via 'x
scroll back to top of the page / or stay on same level (mobile / desktop doesn't matter)
3 - Now click on the Bubble '+' again
Information-box won't open again.
Could you please leave some example URL to allow us to check the issue?

Then what is the purpose to leave it on the screen after it is being used 1 time?
