Bubble is not showing message-box on second click

Hi

4F67852B 8E0F 4A91 9C04 F64CDA2734EC

Steps to reproduce:

1 - click on the Bubble '+'
2 - Close the information-box via 'x
scroll back to top of the page / or stay on same level (mobile / desktop doesn't matter)
3 - Now click on the Bubble '+' again

Information-box won't open again.

Can't get my head around it, why is this one time functionality?
