@asti No that is the only inline comment i have used on the whole website at the moment. Due to it not opening.
We don't find such an issue on our test websites.Â
Could you please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address? I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.Â
Actually, one of the active plugins or the theme adds {display:none} for the inline commenting div via the js function.

You can deactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker.
Keep the cache plugin (if you have) deactivated during this testing process.
Don't forget to press Ctrl+F5(twice) on the frontend each time before checking.
