why in my website can only one person rate with stars? If is one rate with stars then other people can't tap on stars, just show colored five stars and no option to select other rate to other person.Â
Please make sure the "Allow Guests to Rate" option is enabled.Â

Additionally, please deactivate the Autoptimize plugin and check again.Â
Actually, this kind of issue is usually caused by either conflict with other plugins or the active theme. Please deactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker. Firstly, deactivate the recently installed/updated plugins.
Keep the cache plugin (if you have) deactivated during this testing process.
Don't forget to press Ctrl+F5(twice) on the frontend each time before checking.
