Naturally a logged in user can only up vote their own comments once but past that is there detection against frequency of votes/ip addresses or anything else that will assist users from giving themselves lots of extra up votes?

Hi AdamTheForumUser,
wpDiscuz logs your IP as well. It doesnβt matter youβre logged in or not, wpDiscuz detects you and knows that youβre the owner of this comment. The users are not allowed to vote for your comment even if are logged out and want to vote as a guest.
