Where can I go to get some help on implementing wpDiscuz and wpForo on my web site?

Both plugins are very easy to install and use. You just need to activate those.
wpDiscuz - Comment Plugin
Once the plugin activated, you will see new comment form and new comment design under posts and page. Please read the Getting Started documentation. If you need activate it for custom post types, just go to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forums admin page, edit the default form and enable it for other post types.

wpForo - Forum Plugin
This plugin is also very easy to use. Please read the Getting Started documentation.
- Activate plugin and find forums on /community/ page, (/community-2/ if /community/ is used),
- Manage Forums in Dashboard > Forums > Forums admin page,
- Manage Forum Menu in Dashboard > Appearance > Menu admin page,
- Manage Forum Widgets in Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets admin page,
- Manage Forum Colors in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles admin page, you can choose forum color styles.
