- Make sure this is not an HTTP/HTTPS issue. You'll not see avatars if they are loaded with https:// protocol and your current site protocol is http:// and vice versa.
- Sometimes avatars are provided by other plugins like BuddPress or something else. Make sure the avatar provider plugin is not disabled.
- Again, delete all caches and purge CDN if you have.
- Leave a direct link to that page, so we could check the avatar source.
