I was following your instructions for the shortcode https://wpdiscuz.com/community/f-a-q/wpdiscuz-shortcode/ but it does not work for me. I added the code to functions.php file, added the shortcode in the Elementor, but when I try to publish my site it disappears.
The strange thing is that the draft stage looks all good (image attached).

We don't see the comment form at all. Please add the shortcode and let us know.

You should change the value of the "Comment Area Background" option. It's located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Styles & Colors admin page.
The rest of the options regarding the colors can be found on the same page.
Also, how can I delete the comment?
You can find and delete the comments on the Dashboard > Comments admin page.
