When i try to upload an image in a comment following API is called

/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

after some time I see this error

(failed)net::ERR_HTTP2_PING_FAILED

I am using WP version 5.8

these are the permissions. is it correct? what else should i check for?I am using godaddy managed WP hosting

@asti IN my case web url in settngs page has https://. and I dont have any security plugin installed
