Can I add image and emoji integration between WPdiscuz and Buddyboss/buddypress?

Currently, images and emojis entered in Buddyboss/buddypress activity replies, etc... don't show up on Wpdiscuz. I know I may have to buy the add-on, but will it work then? I don't want to try the add-on and then ask for a refund if it doesn't work. Does it sync two-ways, like the comment?
