I put [wpdiscuz_comments] this shortcode to get comments on my page with elementor.
but for some reason it's not working properly let me know what the problem is

Besides adding the shortcode, you'd also need to enable the comment form for the current post type.
That is: the shortcode can be used if the post type supports comments.

I've already set it up. but still not working not sure what the problem is.

I want to add that comment function to other page or website as well later?
First of all, you should remove the shortcode and follow the Fixing tip 4 in this doc: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/getting-started/missing-comment-form/
