Besides adding the shortcode, you'd also need to enable the comment form for the current post type.Â
That is: the shortcode can be used if the post type supports comments. Â

First of all, you should remove the shortcode and follow the Fixing tip 4 in this doc: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/getting-started/missing-comment-form/
