I'm using Elementor and shortcode for displaying wpDiscuz. I tried to read the documentation about comment displaying and listing but the wordpress native pagination doesn't appear in my wpDiscuz. Tried to check it using inspect element and it technically exsits but doesn't show up properly.

I've tried back forth fiddling with the settings but to no avail. Your respond will be so much appreciated, thanks in advance.

We don't find such an issue on our test websites.

Sorry for the late response.

Yes the developers have changed the code in the functions.php file. You should keep that code.

The code that was added before:

function my_wpdiscuz_shortcode() {
    $html = "";
    if (file_exists(ABSPATH . "wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz/themes/default/comment-form.php")) {
        ob_start();
        include ABSPATH . "wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz/themes/default/comment-form.php";
        $html = ob_get_clean();
    }
    return $html;
}

The code develoeprs add now:

function my_wpdiscuz_shortcode() {
    $html = "";
        ob_start();
        comments_template();
        $html = ob_get_clean();
    return $html;
}
