In Russian, for the plural, two options are used, depending on the number of comments.
Singular - 1 Комментарий
Plural - 2 Комментария
Plural - 5 Комментариев
How can I do this in your plugin, I didn't find this in the translation file?
We'll add a hook in upcoming versions which will allow you to manage translation for the
number of comments.

The hook is added starting with the 7.3.0 version. It's called wpdiscuz_comment_count_phrase.
