Hi @agrou,
Please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page,
- Edit the Current form (if nothing has been changed it's the "Default Form"),
- Find the "Post Rating Title" filed
- Delete the current phrases and enter your version.
