Hi @agrou,

Please follow the steps below: 

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page,
  2. Edit the Current form (if nothing has been changed it's the "Default Form"),
  3. Find the "Post Rating Title" filed
  4. Delete the current phrases and enter your version.
