How to user can login after use Social Login without refreshing their browser?

Could you please exclude the following two files from your caching plugin and check again:

/wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz/assets/wpdiscuz-social.js
/wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz/assets/wpdiscuz.js
