Hi Asti! Thanks for being here to help. Yes, I had deactivated the plugin but it’s reenabled now and you should see it on the page with the problem I mentioned.
You have JS errors on your website, so the wpDiscuz doesn't work properly.
Please deactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker. Firstly, deactivate the recently installed/updated plugins.
Keep the cache plugin (if you have) deactivated during this testing process.
Don't forget to press Ctrl+F5(twice) on the frontend each time before checking.
