You can use the wpdiscuz_after_comment_post hook. More info here:  https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/codex/actions/wpdiscuz_after_comment_post/

wpDiscuz also has a built-in "Redirect First Comment to" option. to redirect commenters once they post their first comment. Please read this doc:  https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/plugin-settings/general-settings/#redirect-first-comment-to
