Hi.

the post comment button isn't working! i deleted my browser cache still not working

even deactivated other plugin too! still not working

Please navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > General Settings admin page, disable the following two options, delete all kind of caches and let us know:

Minify JS and CSS Files to Optimize Page Loading Speed
Combine JS and CSS Files to Optimize Page Loading Speed

On your website, the jQuery lib is loaded twice. You should keep only the jQuery that is loaded by the WordPress side.
