I used wp rocket and it got a problem with any visitor have the comment cookies after commented . I tried "0" in cookies expires setting and cookies expires header become "When the browsing session ends" but Chrome in PC and mobile still store this cookies although I closed browser . i check on default wordpress comment and cookies for wordpress comment is 5 mins . After 5 mins chrome delete that cookie completely .

So please add minute feature for cookies setting . Thank you!

Hope to see this feature soon or you can add this feature soon .

This problem cause of chrome when I choose "continue where you left off" option reopen chrome still have this cookies exist . Another problem Chrome enabled " Continue running background apps when chrome is closed" by default .

It won't happy on non-https website but on https website maybe google decide keep this cookies although chrome is closed completely
